The Academy of Medicine Education Foundationhas received a historic $300,000 grant from the Semi J. and Ruth W. Begun Foundation to expand hospital-based violence intervention programs at local Level I trauma centers.
The 3rd Annual Gun Violence Awareness Day event hosted by MetroHealth and community partners, including AMCNO, takes place on Friday, June 5, 2026. This free, public event will be held in the Rammelkamp Atrium at the MetroHealth Main Campus.June is National Gun Violence Awareness Month.
